The following defined terms apply throughout these Terms & Conditions and all associated xin77 policies unless the context expressly requires otherwise.

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or place any Wager on xin77. This is an absolute minimum and is strictly enforced. xin77 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any Account where the Player's age cannot be satisfactorily verified.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility. The Platform is primarily designed to serve players who are residents of Indonesia. By registering, you confirm that you are accessing xin77 from a jurisdiction in which your use of the Platform does not violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.

2.3 Single Account. Each Player is permitted to hold only one Account on xin77. Opening duplicate, multiple, or parallel Accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any Funds held therein.

2.4 Personal Use Only. Accounts are strictly for personal use by the registered Account holder. You may not allow any third party — including family members — to access or use your Account. Any Wager placed through your Account is deemed to have been placed by you personally.

2.5 Legal Capacity. By registering, you confirm that you are not acting under legal incapacity, are not subject to a court order restricting your ability to enter contracts, and are not a registered problem gambler subject to a voluntary or involuntary self-exclusion order on any platform.

3.1 Registration Process. To access xin77's betting and gaming products, you must complete the registration process accurately and in full. You are required to provide your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, a valid email address, and a contact number. All information submitted must be truthful, current, and complete.

3.2 Account Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. xin77 strongly recommends that you enable two-factor authentication (2FA) from your Account settings. You must notify xin77 immediately if you suspect that your Account credentials have been compromised.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC). xin77 operates a mandatory KYC process. Prior to processing any withdrawal, or at any point during your Account's lifecycle at xin77's discretion, you may be required to submit one or more of the following:

• A copy of a valid government-issued photo identification document (e.g., Indonesian KTP, SIM, or Passport).
• Proof of residential address dated within the past three months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., a screenshot of your BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, or DANA account showing your registered name).
• A selfie photograph holding your identification document, as requested by the xin77 compliance team.

3.4 Account Accuracy. You undertake to keep your Account information accurate and up to date at all times. Changes to your registered details must be submitted to xin77 support and may require re-verification of identity before taking effect.

3.5 Account Security. xin77 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. Any communication purporting to be from xin77 and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to us immediately.

4.1 Currency. All transactions on xin77 are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). xin77 does not operate in any other currency. There are no currency conversion fees, and all Account balances, Wager amounts, and winnings are expressed and settled in Rupiah.

4.2 Accepted Payment Methods. xin77 currently supports deposits and withdrawals via the following channels: bank transfer to BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), and Bank Permata; and e-wallet transfer via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. xin77 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

4.3 Deposit Conditions.

• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum deposit amounts are published in the xin77 cashier and are subject to change.
• Deposits are credited to your Account balance upon confirmation of receipt. E-wallet deposits are typically credited instantly. Bank transfer deposits are credited within thirty minutes during business banking hours (08:00–21:00 WIB, Monday to Saturday).
• xin77 is not responsible for delays caused by the Player's bank or e-wallet provider.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions.

• Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as the xin77 Account holder. xin77 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• All active bonus wagering requirements must be completed before a withdrawal request can be processed. Attempting to withdraw with an active bonus attached may result in the bonus being voided.
• Withdrawals are subject to KYC verification. xin77 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal until identity verification is satisfactorily completed.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is under thirty minutes for e-wallet withdrawals and under two hours for bank transfers, measured from the point of xin77's approval. Delays attributable to the receiving bank or e-wallet provider are outside xin77's control.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are published in the cashier section and may vary by payment method.

4.5 Dormant Accounts. An Account with no login activity for twelve consecutive months is classified as dormant. xin77 reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee of Rp 50.000 to dormant Account balances, after providing thirty days' prior written notice to the registered email address.

5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by xin77 are subject to these general Terms and any specific bonus terms published alongside the relevant promotion. In the event of a conflict, the specific bonus terms take precedence for that promotion.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus credits are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be converted to cashable funds or withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the promotion's terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus; expired bonus credits are forfeited without compensation.

5.3 Bonus Eligibility.

• Welcome bonuses are available to new Players making their first deposit only. One welcome bonus per Player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method.
• Reload and ongoing bonuses are available to Players who meet the specific eligibility criteria published with each promotion.
• xin77 reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether a Player qualifies for a bonus and to decline any bonus claim where eligibility criteria are not met.

5.4 Bonus Abuse. xin77 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk offsetting bets to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay; opening multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion; and coordinated play among connected Players. Any Player found to be abusing bonuses will have their bonus voided, any associated winnings confiscated, and their Account suspended.

5.5 Seasonal and Promotional Offers. xin77 regularly publishes seasonal promotions aligned with the Indonesian calendar — including promotions during Ramadhan, Idul Fitri, Chinese New Year (Imlek), and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August). These promotions are time-limited and subject to change or withdrawal without notice. Promotional materials are written in English and are valid only for the period stated in the promotion's terms.

6.1 Acceptance of Bets. All Wagers are accepted at xin77's sole discretion. xin77 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any Wager without providing a reason. xin77 may impose individual Account-level betting limits where required by its risk management procedures.

6.2 Void Bets. A Wager may be declared void by xin77 in the following circumstances, among others:

• The event on which the Wager was placed is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned without being completed within the timeframe specified in the product rules.
• The odds at which the Wager was accepted were manifestly erroneous due to a technical or human error ("palpable error").
• The Wager was placed using funds derived from fraudulent activity or in breach of these Terms.
• Match-fixing or corruption is confirmed by the relevant sporting body in relation to the event on which the Wager was placed.

6.3 Palpable Errors. xin77 takes all reasonable steps to ensure odds accuracy. However, if a manifestly incorrect price is offered and accepted due to a technical fault or human error, xin77 reserves the right to void the Wager and refund the original stake to the Player's Account balance. This right applies regardless of whether the Player knew or ought to have known the price was erroneous.

6.4 In-Play Betting. xin77 offers real-time in-play betting markets on selected events. In-play Wagers are accepted subject to the availability of live data feeds. xin77 accepts no liability for any delay between the real-world event and the in-play market update caused by data feed latency.

6.5 Casino and Slot Games. All casino games and slot titles available on xin77 use certified random number generator (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are independently tested and audited. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are published within each game's information panel. Game results are final once a round is completed; no claims relating to disconnections or technical issues will be accepted after a game round has been settled.

6.6 Prohibited Conduct. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on xin77 and may result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of Funds:

• Use of automated betting software, bots, scrapers, or any other non-human interaction with the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or mathematical errors in odds compilation.
• Collusion with other Players to achieve an unfair advantage.
• Any form of cheating, match-fixing, or corruption.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other technology to mask your geographic location or circumvent access restrictions.

7.1 Our Commitment. xin77 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide a suite of tools designed to help Players maintain control of their gambling activity at all times. These tools are available free of charge from within the Account settings panel.

7.2 Available Tools. The following responsible gaming controls are available to all xin77 Players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure automatic on-screen reminders at intervals of your choice to alert you to the duration of your current session.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of between 24 hours and six months. During a cooling-off period, you will not be able to log in, deposit, or place Wagers.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from xin77. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are irreversible for a minimum period of five years.

8.1 Closure by Player. You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting xin77 customer support. Upon Account closure, any remaining cashable balance (net of applicable bonus wagering obligations) will be refunded to your registered payment method within five business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

8.2 Suspension by xin77. xin77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, and to withhold or confiscate any Funds held therein, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable identity or payment information.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Duplicate Account detection.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a request.
• Receipt of a lawful instruction from a regulatory or law enforcement authority.

8.3 Appeals. If you believe your Account has been suspended in error, you may appeal by contacting xin77 support with a written explanation. xin77 will review all appeals within ten business days and communicate its decision in writing to your registered email address. xin77's decision on appeals is final.

9.1 Ownership. All content on the xin77 Platform — including but not limited to the xin77 name and logo, website design, user interface, graphics, text, software, data structures, odds compilations, and game configurations — is the exclusive intellectual property of xin77 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable international intellectual property laws.

9.2 Permitted Use. xin77 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not extend to copying, reproducing, distributing, reverse engineering, scraping, framing, or creating derivative works from any part of the Platform.

9.3 Prohibited Use. You must not use the xin77 name, logo, or any Platform content for commercial purposes, in advertising, or in any manner that implies endorsement by xin77, without our express prior written consent.

10.1 Platform Availability. xin77 strives to maintain a 99.9% uptime service level. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform and accept no liability for losses arising from Platform downtime, maintenance windows, or force majeure events including but not limited to internet infrastructure failures, natural disasters, government-ordered access restrictions, and cyber attacks.

10.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, xin77 excludes all liability for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the Platform, including loss of anticipated winnings, loss of data, and reputational damage.

10.3 Cap on Liability. Where xin77's liability cannot be wholly excluded by law, our total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim shall not exceed the total amount of Funds deposited by you into your Account in the thirty days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.4 Third-Party Content. The Platform integrates games and data provided by third-party studios and data suppliers. xin77 accepts no liability for errors, omissions, or failures attributable to these third-party providers, including game malfunctions caused by provider-side technical faults.

11.1 Data Collection. xin77 collects, processes, and stores personal data provided during registration and KYC, transaction records, gameplay logs, and technical data (IP addresses, device identifiers, browser type) necessary to operate the Platform, prevent fraud, and comply with applicable legal obligations.

11.2 Data Use. Your personal data is used to administer your Account, process transactions, deliver customer support, tailor promotional communications (where you have opted in), and fulfil legal and regulatory obligations. xin77 does not sell personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes.

11.3 Full Privacy Policy. The collection, use, storage, and deletion of your personal data is governed in full by xin77's Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and should be read alongside them.

12.1 Applicable Law. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which xin77 is incorporated and licensed, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. By using the Platform, you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms.

12.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute regarding the settlement of a Wager, account balance, or bonus credit, you must first contact xin77 customer support in writing and allow xin77 a minimum of ten business days to investigate and respond. xin77 aims to resolve all disputes fairly and promptly.

12.3 Language of Agreement. These Terms & Conditions are written and binding in English. Any translation provided for informational convenience does not constitute an additional agreement and shall not be used to interpret or construe these Terms.

13.1 Right to Amend. xin77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via email to the registered address and/or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven days prior to the amended Terms taking effect.

13.2 Continued Use as Acceptance. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and request Account closure before the effective date.

13.3 Version History. The current version of these Terms, identified by the "Last Updated" date displayed in the page header, supersedes all prior versions. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.
